ONE TO ONE OFFERINGS

Befriend your Body & Soul – Cheltenham and Gloucestershire
Individual classes co-created for you.

Inviting personal wellbeing, welcoming ease in life’s journey. Movement classes for anxiety and stress. Including other aspects of life.

Offering  a combination of yoga, movement, body (soma) mindfulness, yoga Nidra and nature connection. Enabling reconnection with the landscape of self.

There is now a greater acknowledgement in the  medical therapeutic world of working from the” ground up.”

I invite Self led movement, supported with invitational vocal guidance with the organic body. This often slow moving gentle offering has potential to enhance agency, bringing a sense of self nurture and hopefully ways to resource  the  body’s (soma) experience.

The subtler aspects of yoga  is tremendously helpful in developing body awareness, mindfulness, focus and stamina. It is an opportunity to ascertain subtleties of the self, e.g. how does the sacred space within the self feel in relation to the space without. Re-awaken, remember  your sovereign self and return to your empowered intuition, the resonance of which ripples out far beyond the self.

SPACES IN NATURE – OUTSIDE CLASSES
This integration of being immersed in nature, is the time to truly embody the life force energy. Gaining access to your intuition, re-awakens your heart space, and embodies the fullness of you and your life. The journey with the physical, mental and emotional body, can often provide an opening of awareness and deep sense of resourced wellbeing.
