An opportunity to bring people together with a sense of community, living in tune with nature. Walking in nature in silence really allows the space to savour the surroundings to the maximum. walking in mindfulness can enhance a feeling of wellbeing and bring about positive change. It gives people an opportunity to attune themselves in the environment without the constant chatter and distraction of everyday life.

SPIRIT OF PLACE WALKS
I choose to hold my walks in silence which can be a uniquely bonding experience, firstly it allows space to really absorb and savour your surroundings really noticing all of nature around you. Also bringing into awareness how you are feeling in your body in that moment.
The walk is interspersed with check-ins an invitation to find your breath in sensory awareness practice. During the walk there will be opportunities to stop and observe surroundings connecting with nature, really listening and feeling the ground beneath your feet and connecting with the trees and the sky above.
At the end of the walk you are invited to check in again for a minuet with observations and feelings. It is sometimes suggested encouraged to write down a few thoughts or feelings which can be shared or not.
Often this togetherness in sharing is a real pleasure, after time in silence and very nourishing. Walking together in this way can promote a deep sense of well being and connectivity, it can open a dialogue of clarity clear talking and improve creativity. My practice is founded in kind heart loving from a place of strength and inner wisdom.
Working with the body and within nature. Spending time experiencing the complete immersion of self and spirit in nature welcoming the flow of passion and grief in the dance of simplicity. Connecting to a deep honouring of these lands scared spaces. This is a reflected in my work ethos of kindness and heart connectives.
My walks are held Cheltenham, Stroud, Avebury and Glastonbury. They are usually up to two hours long but I do offer shorter walks more locally.
Following guidelines for Covid-19 all classes have are now suspended.
