Suited for beginners or a more mindful quiet practice.
In this class I honour the Celtic Wheel of the year, including the current seasons and moon cycles. Offering an awakening within the self and the greater being – of Earth. we share space in a circle for connection and community.

A beginners embodied Celtic yoga class offered to encourage movement and connection to the self.
I often offer poetry or teachings at the beginning and end of the class. The movements we use are not all yoga poses; Incorporated are some qigong and flowing movement, used to promote softness and strength, empowering, awakening and occasionally breaking down movement in order to feel in to the body. I will introduce you slowly to breathing techniques.
This is a gentle heart connected space for growth, promoting kindness to the self, whilst mentally moving to the edges of “being”. I often close the class with a short Rest and Restore, Total Yoga Nidra – Tuesdays practice. A flowing practice that will leave you balanced, grounded and uplifted physically, mentally and emotionally.
