Beginners FIELD Yoga Nidra & MOVEMENT
“Leave the familiar for a while, let your senses and body stretch out like a welcomed season on to the meadows and shores and hills”.
This integrating “sacred pause” is the time to truly catch our breath and embody the life force energy pulsing through us. Gaining access to your intuition, re-awakens your heart space, and embodies the fullness of you and your life.
Beginners Field yoga with Movement YoGa Nidra
Come home to your divine authentic self with this soul-centred FIELD YOGA PRACTICE including Yoga Nidra and breath-work, coming back into connection with nature.
Basic pranayama is accessible to all students including beginners.
Pranayama is one of the basic practices of yoga, though it is often neglected. ‘Prana’ in sanskrit means energy, life force or breath. ‘Yama’ is translated as restraint, or control. When we work with our breath, we gain access to our life force energy.
In addition, being out doors can be a gateway to the subtler aspects of yoga and is tremendously helpful in developing body awareness, mindfulness, focus and stamina. It is an opportunity to ascertain subtleties of the self, e.g. how does the sacred space within the self feel in relation to the space without. Re-awaken yourself and return to your empowered intuition, the resonance of which ripples out far beyond the self.
This integration of being immersed in nature, is the time to truly embody the life force energy pulsing through us. Gaining access to your intuition, re-awakens your heart space, and embodies the fullness of you and your life. The journey with the physical, mental and emotional body, can often provide an opening of awareness and deep sense of being.
