A self-nourishment yoga designed to help you rest, reset and reconnect to self. My classes are often held in a circle to introduce connection and community. This softly lit Restful Yoga session will see the blending of gentle embodied movement and restorative yoga postures. It will include two guided Yoga Nidra meditations and breath work to help you experience a beautiful sense of calm for deep healing and relaxation. Occasionally I will use sound within the practice.
Your mind and body will be encouraged to rest, relax, unfurl and allow you to have ‘time just for you’ away from the busyness of everyday demands, leaving you feeling nourished, rested and recharged.The focus will often be nature and the cycle of the seasons. It is a yoga of ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’. There are no physical adjustments in this class. There is the opportunity to share a tea ritual afterwards.
